About the Program

The Balanced Way offers customers an easy way to select delicious, nutritious and satisfying meals, snacks and desserts. The Balanced Way offers daily Balanced Way feature meals, desserts and snacks that meet the current nutritional science recommendations for a well-balanced diet. By using whole grains, lean proteins, more fruits and vegetables and less fat, sugar and sodium in our Balanced Way selections, we make it possible for customers to enjoy menu favorites and still “eat right”. 

Based on current nutritional science, The Balanced Way program:

  • makes it easy to choose nutritious meals, snacks and desserts
  • boosts your energy level and metabolism
  • promotes peak performance

By using a simple proportion of lean proteins, complex & fiber rich carbohydrates and fruits and vegetables, our full meals, snacks and desserts are balanced & nutritious, filling and satisfying. We prepare lightened-up versions of your traditional favorites and comfort foods, using less fat and cooking
